Linda Mac Tennis Coaching

By using our website or enrolling in any of our coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Coaching Staff & Safeguarding
- Coaching is led by Linda McMahon, an LTA Accredited Level 2 Coach, supported by Matt Morris, an LTA Level 1 Assistant Coach.
- Both are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding.

- If you have any safeguarding concerns, please speak to Linda directly or contact the LTA Safeguarding Team.
2. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
- Sessions must be booked in advance via the website or by direct arrangement.
- Payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before a course start may be refunded or credited.
- Cancellations within 7 days of a course start are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases.
- Missed sessions (e.g. due to illness or holidays) are not refundable.
- If a session is cancelled due to weather or coach illness, we will aim to reschedule or offer credit.
3. Bonus Group Session Offer
- Enrolled junior or adult players on a group coaching course may attend one additional weekly group session at no extra cost.
- The session must be appropriate for the participant’s age and ability and pre-booked with us to manage numbers.
- This offer does not apply to 1-to-1 sessions or holiday camps, and is non-transferable.
4. Participation, Conduct & Safety
- Players must wear suitable footwear and clothing and bring water.
- Parents/carers must inform us of any relevant medical, behavioural, or accessibility needs.
- Younger children may require a parent/carer to stay onsite unless agreed otherwise.
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in exclusion from a session.
5. Emergency Medical Consent & Risk Acknowledgement
- By participating, you confirm the player is fit for physical activity.
- You give permission for our staff to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, seek emergency treatment.
- Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Photography & Media
- We may occasionally take photos or short videos during coaching sessions for use on social media and promotional materials.
- Please let us know in writing if you do not want your child or yourself to appear in any images.
7. Weather & Rescheduling
- Outdoor sessions will go ahead in most weather unless unsafe conditions (e.g. lightning, heavy rain) prevent play.
- We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation and aim to reschedule or offer a credit.
8. Insurance & Liability
- Linda Mac Tennis Coaching holds public liability insurance.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during coaching.
- All activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk.
